I am Munish Kumar from India, looking forward to contribute to GSoC' 24 
I am interested in contributing to "Add machine learning to BPM detection code"
I had a look at the project description. On further investigation, I found a library, librosa, that could potentially  be used for Beat detection. I was wondering if we really need neural network for this purpose, or should I investigate further.
