1) git pull in my octavia repo.
2) Execute the below steps:
https://github.com/openstack/octavia/blob/master/devstack/plugin.sh#L340-L347
3) Update the Octavia conf file.
4) Restart Octavia service.
5) Create new loadbalancer.
