The introduction of the "Kelipot Nogah Initiative" is a pretty dead trope at this point, just introducing a Project or an Initiative or a Procedure without elaborating on that procedure. But the next line about eliminating an impurity does interest me.

12:16 PM <%red3> I was thinking the exact same thing. When it comes to the characters and the events, they feel better suited for a tale. Hell, the anomaly in this thing doesn't even play a major role in the logs. It's basically just an excuse to have the events play out in a format like this.

12:17 PM <%red3> I like the idea of this deal that the Foundation had with this group just disappeared for no apparent reason. Although I can imagine it has something to do with the Thorn. But I'm not sure, so it still hooks me in a little.
12:18 PM <BlueJones> My intital reaction is pretty much things are ramping themselves up now but when you say that this sort of thing is much more suited for a tale is sort of making me think that as well but then again, we wouldn't have the suspense of what happened to the first group that causes La Rue to become closed
12:20 PM <%red3> I actually think that that suspense could still be captured with a combination of an after-action report style tale set alongside traditional prose. Like, there are snippets of reports here and there that talk about the deal between La Rue and the Foundation, what happened to the members, etc. etc. and then we have traditional prose from the perspective of the members or maybe even from the citizens of La Rue.
12:22 PM <+cybersqyd> yeah; i think just cos it was changed to a tale doesn't mean you'd have to alter the structure significantly; you'd just, introduce the tape later in the arc to carry it

12:28 PM <%red3> There's a kind of... aura around this that I like. Maybe it's the picture, maybe it's the well-written history section. I'm not sure. But I got a good image of the town in my mind, and I enjoyed the experience of crafting that image. That being said, I feel like this could and should have been written as a tale so that we could see the events more clearly, have a better picture of everyone's motivations, and set up the
