to elaborate what Anoop said... we are making change to how we report Provisioned capacity:
Provisioned capacity: The amount of capacity that would be used in the storage array's pool being used by Cinder if all the volumes present in there were completely full.
Key points:
•	Must include ALL volumes (Cinder-created + manually created)
•	Does NOT include snapshots
•	Should represent maximum potential usage if all volumes were 100% full
•	Example: 124 thick 1GB volumes + 400 thick 1GB volumes + 20 empty thin 20GB volumes = 924GB
