The command to use this tool is :
ipapi_bulk_exe -i in.txt -o out.csv -f csv -k API_KEY

Where in.txt is the text input file with a list of IP addresses, 1 per line. The output would be saved in CSV format in out.csv file (you can change the format to JSON/YAML/XML also).
