Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear you feel intimidated at the prospect of coming to use our facilities. 
 
The design of the building does mean that the members changing rooms are split for male and female.  However both of these changing rooms have 2 private cubicles where a member can change with privacy.  These are located at the far corners of each changing area.
 
We do also have the Village Changing Room which is predominantly used by people who pay as you go for swimming.  However I do know of members who use this area as well as it does give more options for private changing.  It is a mixed gender area, with lots of private cubicles and two private shower cubicles, so this may be more suited to your needs.
 
Were you aware of these two options previously?  Obviously we would prefer for you not to cancel but would understand if you haven’t been using the facilities.  I am more than happy to meet you to show you the different options if you wish and then you can make a decision from there?
