my problem is: lpars deleted on the hmc continue to show up as health OK until one attempts an action from powervc (e.g restart, resize)
additionally, the REST API also shows a timestamp for the "health_status.updated_at" which is impossible (since the LPAR is now gone)
there does not seem to be any way to change this timeout
(i have nto yet dug into all the undocumented config files)
