1. The `ia` tool is insufficient for our use case because it does not provide a way (AFAICS) to list the members of a collection.
2. We want structured metadata for each item, something like https://ia800305.us.archive.org/17/items/adventures_holmes/adventures_holmes.json but not all items seem to have that. For instance, I could not find the equivalent files for this item: https://archive.org/download/78_west-end-blues_louis-armstrong-and-his-orchestra-spencer-williams_gbia0031327
