Application for the Complete Overhaul of the Frederick Mueller and Slender articles

After a long thought, I realised that these two articles are incompatible with some of the in-character stuff on the Wiki, and also illogical. The below is a list of points I found to be illogical and OOC, along with the solution.

*Currently, Slender is the current Chancellor of Magonia, while Mueller is the President (and soon-to-be Omnipotentate) of Margate. However, a citizen of a former absolute monarchy-turned constitutional monarchy definitely wouldn't vote for a wealthy foreigner-turned-citizen to power, while a citizen of nation A (let's just use nation A and nation B as examples from now on) which just recently warned against nation B and conquered it definitely wouldn't vote a former army general of nation B into power, even if said army general hated and rebelled against the former tyrannical government of nation B. I admit that this is my fault, but I have a solution to make both characters 'electable'.
**My solution to this is to make Slender the President of Margate, and Mueller the chancellor of Magonia. Slender would still originate from Muçao, but his former background in Shops, USA and Magonia would be completely erased, hence the term 'complete overhaul' in the title. Instead, Slender would directly move from Muçao to Margate in the overhaul, and earn his fortune there as a hedge fund manager (which he originally was too). Since the Margatians love their businessmen and are generally receptive of expats, Slender wouldn't have any problem getting elected.
**As for Mueller, I am planning to make him a native-born army general in Magonia. Not only that, but he'll also be a normal penguin instead of a clone (which apparently is hated despite my personal belief that cloning is fine). With the Magonians loving their warrior culture so much, Mueller wouldn't have a problem getting elected in Magonia.
**Basically, if both characters swapped place with each other, they would easily be elected as the leaders of their new countries.

*While you may be kinda pissed that I am making Slender the President of Margate because it makes him Mary-Suish and OP, I am willing to make some compromises. In the new version, Slender wouldn't have any professional combat training, and he won't be a secret agent. He wouldn't be a war hero from the Frosian War either since he never moved to Shops in this new version. In addition to this, Slender wouldn't have a short rapping career either.
**In this new version, Slender's career in Margate would be solely about being a hedge fund manager-turned-political leader, instead of a hedge fund manager-rapper-professional secret agent-political leader. He wouldn't have as much combat skills as he did in the current version too. 
***To further support my argument and proposal, there are several real-life billionaires/wealthy businessmen who became politicians, such as Michael Bloomberg (who was Mayor of New York City, this is the best example I am using), George Washington (one of the Fathers of Independence of your country was also the wealthiest President, if you exclude JFK), Malcolm Turnbull (the current Australian Prime Minister was the wealthiest Australian Member of Parliament too), senior and junior George Bush (oil businessmen-turned-warmongering US Presidents), Berlusconi (ex-Prime Minister of Italy), Cecil Rhodes (diamond magnate who became the Prime Minister of Cape Colony, aka part of present-day South Africa), Roman Abramovich (the Russian billionaire who currently owns Chelsea FC was briefly the governor of a Russian province), Thaksin Shinawatra (former Prime Minister of Thailand) and Donald Trump (but I am not making Slender a parody of him, so take note). Almost all of these people made their fortunes by legal means prior to their political careers. There's no billionaire-rapper-secret agent-war hero-political leader in real life, because nobody is capable of splitting themselves into several clones. Because of that, if your intention is to reduce OOC, my proposal is the best choice. Again, it is my bad for starting it in the first place, but at least I am trying to fix the problem once and for all right now.
***If you still aren't convinced, then allow me to tell you a real-life story which fits in almost perfectly with Slender's proposed overhaul. A long time ago, China was divided into several warring states. Near the end of the Warring States period, there was a wealthy merchant named Lü Buwei (if you don't believe me, search for him on Wikipedia). He was said to be so wealthy that his net worth was much more than the national coffers of some of the smaller states. He was a native of a different state from the state where he rose to power. One day, Lü Buwei paid of the ransom of the hostage of the Qin state in his country. Said hostage also happened to be a minor prince from Qin's royal family He helped to manipulate the prince to eventually become the King of Qin and became the Chancellor of Qin. He was also alleged to be the true father of the new King's son. Who was that? The First Emperor of China. If this guy managed to do almost exactly what I proposed in real-life, then my proposal wouldn't be as OOC/illogical/OP as it initially sounded, right? After all, this is a Wiki where penguins talk,  build war machines, colonise the Moon (as well as several planets) and puffles (the real-life version of domesticated pets such as cats and dogs) run the Universe (Benny), leads a mafia (Papa di Tremezzo) and pilots aircrafts (Piper), while we humans have yet to land on Mars and our pets can't even speak (if you exclude parrots).

*Since Slender is only used in one mainspace story, which is the Frosian War, if the overhaul is approved, I will replace Slender with another character (whose OOC rights will belong to Bro should he ever want to create the character as an article), probably with the name of Gerry Lau.

*From the highly controversial age of 2, Mueller's age will be increased to 48 in the new version.

*On the Slender article, there was a brief section where he was kidnapped, replaced by an impostor who proceeded to rule Straits Island as the King. However, the Straits Island article doesn't mention such incident at all, therefore it is best to omit this part too (again, this is one of my former power-seizing attempt screwed up, sorry), namely by making Slender switch place with Mueller and have the former permanently settle in Margate and Mueller be born in Magonia.

I believe that most of the OOC problems have been addressed here, if not all. If you have any problem or extra compromise, please point it out. Thanks. ~Slender
