At the end of my tale, here’s where the characters stand:

Light = trying to hold down a panicking site staff as a hundred SCPs just vanished along with the sites dedicated SRA configuration system 

Gat = he’s in the control room with Light and our site director, Avery. Pontificating. Also running joke about someone being in the corner. Please read I’m super happy with this character’s portrayal 

Lucretia, 1360 and Rainer are all in front of the Thorn and feel themselves being drawn in.  The other two don’t trust 1360 but there’s been some mitigating events such that they’re not sure how to deal with it.  Lucretia found 4867 and has been using it to slow or stop the shifts in reality.

5601 is dead
4494 is hurt but not dead... more metaphysically injured.

Carlotta has a portable SRA in a backpack and is trying to reach the others, descending into the madness of the subbasements
