After further investigation, we have concluded that the time offset for the new extraction was incorrect, causing the year to be incorrect. All of the other data is correct, and can be matched with your previously recorded and downloaded data. We have two options on how to amend this: We manually adjust the timestamp for you. To do this, we require that you reply back to us with the files that have the incorrect timestamps. We redo the extraction process with the timestamp amended. Please note that due to the complexity of this request, it will take additional time for you to receive the file. Of the two options, the first is the one we calculate will be the most expedited one.
